ADHD Coaching
I support people to create the life, career, relationships, and confidence they want, while living with ADHD. I work with people 18 years and older who are newly diagnosed/long term diagnosis or who are caring for or living with someone with ADHD (parents, caregivers, partners, spouses, etc.).
Coaching for People with ADHD
I work with you to build your understanding of ADHD and where it’s slowing you down in getting the results you want in your life (personal life, career, school, relationships, etc.). We’ll practice skills, develop strategies, and strengthen habits that support you to manage aspects of ADHD so you can have more of what’s important to you in your daily life, career, relationships, and beyond, and feel the inner-confidence of knowing what will get you there.
Coaching for parents, caregivers, spouses, and partners of people with ADHD
I coach you to support the person with ADHD that you care about, and to find ways for you to create space and opportunity for what’s important to you and the people you live with. Through coaching you’ll understand more about ADHD, develop a tool kit of skills to manage aspects of ADHD (and learn to share and coach others to use these tools), support your person as they navigate their life with ADHD (school, social life, early adulthood, career, etc.), and develop daily life strategies that support the shared goals of the people you live with. Coaching can help to establish habits and routines that support organization, motivation, self-advocacy, and quickly move towards more days with less chaos, more independence, and more thriving while living with ADHD.
ADHD coaching is offered over Zoom, video can be on or off; in-person, limited to Eau Claire, WI; or via phone call.
I’ve been a professional coach since 2016. In addition to being certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Credentialed Coach, I’m training with MentorCoach to be certified as a Professional ADHD Coach. MentorCoach is one of two ADHD coach training programs accredited by the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC). I hold myself accountable to both the ICF and PAAC code of ethics and will become fully certified as an ADHD coach by PAAC. I’m completing professional coach development with the Neurodiversity Coach Academy and bring neurodiversity-awareness into my coaching.
