This is gonna be good!

Thanks for signing up for Building your ADHD Toolkit for Parents and Caregivers. Can’t wait to see you in September.

Until then, here’s what you can expect

You’ll receive an email with confirmation of the class dates, the Zoom link to be used for the class, and some general class logistics, etc. (check spam and promotions folders if you don’t see it). Within a week you’ll also receive emailed calendar invites for the class, if those are helpful for your planning and scheduling.

For class logistics -

  • 10 minutes before the start, I’ll open up the Zoom connection. Feel free to come on early to chat, ask questions, or keep video and audio off until we get started. I’ll plan to remain online for 10-15 minutes after the end of class to answer any questions, etc.

  • Classes will be recorded, however, this is only to provide a transcript of the class. I’ll edit the transcript to preserve people’s privacy (for any reflections and sharing) and provide the transcript on request to anyone who has registered for the class.

  • Closed captions will be enabled for each class.

  • I’ll give my very best to create opportunities for connection, peer learning, engaging conversations, and strive to minimize lecture / webinar-style energy (because oh dear, that drains me too). How can you help with this mission? Consider where you can contribute to the conversation, where you can share a personal ah-ha! thought, where you can support, acknowledge, or encourage someone else. Contributions through speaking, chat, thumbs up / down, etc. are all valuable and welcome. Take care of yourself and your needs throughout the class - camera off / on, moving around, etc.

Now - go find that confirmation email, ping me with any questions, and feel the good vibes of knowing you’re on the way to finding more ways to understand ADHD, support and build the confidence of the important people in your life. Thanks for caring so deeply to sign up and join this class!
